Welcome to 4J Freshservice!
We are very excited to begin using Freshservice for technology help requests!
You will still be able to email 4jdesktop@4j.lane.edu as you always have, but you now have the option to use a self-service portal to help find a solution.
You can search outright in the Solutions area of the customer portal, or the system will auto-suggest knowledge articles based on what you have typed in the Subject of the new ticket.
