Student Clever Badge Will Not Scan

Has the device scanned the badge properly before? If so, the Clever site may be busy so it could take a few tries for the scan to register and the site to open. Otherwise, here are some other things you can try to troubleshoot badge scanning:

Ensure that “Private mode” is not enabled in Safari on the iOS device. Click here for directions on how to turn off 'Private mode".
Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
Ensure camera access is enabled. Click here for directions on how to enable camera access.
Try adjusting the distance and angle from the camera.
Turn the device off and on again.
