Resetting Google Access Token in Canvas
Here is how to clear the Canvas token from your Google account
1. Verify that you are in the correct Google account.
2. Sign in to the Google account where your Canvas token is located.
3. Click your profile image in the upper right corner of the page, then select Manage my Google Account.
4. Navigate to Security.
5. Select Third-Party Access.
7. Remove access for any listed as ‘Canvas’ or ‘Google Drive LTI by Canvas’
8. Sign out of your Google account.
9. Repeat for any Google account with possible Canvas access.
Here is how to clear the Google token from your Canvas account
(If you are logged in to any Google account, please log out of the account at this time.)
1. Sign into your Canvas account.
2. Go to Account from the global navigation menu.
3. Click on settings.
4. Under” “Approved Integrations”, click on the trash can icon and delete any app titled “Google Drive LTI IAD-Prod”
Clear your cookies and cache in Chrome. Close, and reopen, log back in to your services. It will prompt you to “Link” the appropriate account. It’s CRUCIAL that only your 4J District account be the account logged into Chrome.
