How to Download Your 4J Data
Outgoing seniors, staff, or students who know they are moving out of the district should make sure to download their 4J data if they want to keep it. (For example: portfolios, resumes, college applications, etc.) Email: * Seniors will lose their 4J email accounts on September 1. * Retiring and departing staff lose their 4J email and other access after their last day of work. If they need longer access, have their supervisor contact HR to see if they can get an extension. * Important emails can be forwarded to their personal accounts. * In addition, they should make sure that all future mail goes to their personal email account, not their 4J one. This is especially true if they used their 4J account for college or scholarship applications. *They may also want to export their contact list. (Zimbra/Preferences/Export). Files1 and Google Drive * For Google drive, follow these instructions to download their data: Click Here for Directions on How to Download Your 4J Google Data *Anything on files1 can be copied to a thumb drive, uploaded to a personal Google Drive account, etc.
